Elk Tooth Pendant

      My husband has been after me to do something with some ivory elk teeth that came from the elk that he  got last fall. I wanted the design to reflect the rugged area in which he downed the elk. After much thought I finally came up with this design. It is made using Sterling Silver and Bronze with a wonderful liver of sulfur patina added for that earthy feel I was looking for.

Lapis Pendant

I promised my best friend Bonnie a Lapis pendant to wear on her new necklace. (Please excuse the picture for not being the best.) While at the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show this year I finally found the perfect stone.

Anticlastic Collar & Flower Pendant

This sterling silver collar and flower pendant was a consignment for my best friends 25th wedding anniversary. Her husband love's her so much.

14k Iolite ring

This is my latest recycled gold project! I love the Iolite stones because they change color from blues to lavenders.

Repousse & Chasing

My first attempt at repousse & chasing! Repousse is used to work on the reverse of the metal to form a raised design on the front, chasing is used to refine the design on the front of the work by sinking the metals.

Anticlastic sterling silver and coral bangle bracelet.

This is another anticlastic design I made for my best friend Bonnie's birthday. It turned out so well I think I will have to make one for myself but with turquoise beads instead.

Sterling silver anticlastic collar

It's finally finished! I have been working on this collar for several months now. I started out with a design in mind but the more I worked on it the more the design changed... The last change was after coming across the beautiful drusy gemstone at the Tucson Gem and Mineral show in February.
